Tag Lines:
The tag lines should be a statement of fact not some clever sales guy trying to push a product. The product should be good enough you do not need some catchy jingle to get you to buy it. I find that kind of marketing insulting. The American sportsmen is the most educated consumer on this planet with all the social media available. So tell the truth !
For several years I have been pushing tag line(s) "It's not what is at the muzzle that is import, it is what you deliver to the target" which has been shorted down to: it's what you deliver to the target, and similar forms. Lately another company has joined in copying our tag lines changing the words but the meaning is exactly the same. right after SHOT Show. Thank you for the compliment
Back story - in my work on subsonic bullets with diminishing power sources, it became clear that it is not the amount of energy that is theatrically available at the muzzle that preforms the work in an animal and certainly not in a paper target It is totally the bullet design that preforms all the work. And you can, in fact, accomplish a lot of work with a little energy if the bullet is designed correctly.
"When the Harvest matters" - If you are hunting then you have placed a large investment in cost, time, effort, and hardship. Two things are paramount: 1. The ability to hit the target as you may only have one chance, and 2. The absolute confidence that the bullet will perform providing a fast humane passing of the animal. If you cannot count on these two things you have the wrong equipment. Confidence is everything!
More tag lines will be unveiled as time goes on. Hollow Core will post the reasoning behind each tag line as they bring them out. Complete transparency.

Testing is done using the following companies products: * Black Hole Weaponry provides custom built rifles, barrels using their P3,P5 and claw rifling * Ammunition loaded with Hollow Bullets is provided by customers and the BHW staff * The American 30 BHW cartridge is owned by Carl Caudle as a wildcat and was developed through Blackhole Weaponry back in 2014 with the help of some great minds. It is fast becoming the cartridge of choice for north American game. * Subsonic testing is accomplished by a verity of rifles, sub guns and an Air rifle ( Air gun Adventurer / Modern pneumatic sporting devices) designed to shoot solid copper bullets. * More company's and ammunition sources will added as time goes on and this post will be updated according.

Here is the actual box of DANGEROUS game bullets used, and the pictures of the entrance and exit wounds on the second largest water buffalo taken with an Air rifle. proving the bullets design and "It is what you deliver to the target that matters", not how fast you get it there. several years of trial and frustration went into this design. But the reward is in the harvest. The challenge was to get a bullet to pernitrate while maintain its weight and create w wound that was lethal as it raveled through the flesh. The shape turned out to be critical when when engery was limited.

Testing, testing ! Finalizing the materials testing on our bases We have been cycling the bullets from 200 degrees in an over then tossing them in a snow bank and repeating from the snow bank to oven. We were doing test firing in -8 degree weather and letting the bullets sit outside all night long, loading them and firing them. Accuracy remained unchanged and the bases stayed secure I call that a WIN ! 120, 147 and the 160 grain Hollow Core bullet. Having group sizes at 100 yards of 120 and 147 grain .450"-.650", and the 160 grain .400" to .600" Terminal testing results are shown in the success story's portion on this forum Attachments:

Hello: it has been awhile, we have been busy working on a new ballistic copper, blended just for bullets. Currently everyone uses copper and alloys made for the electrical industry. which is made for corrosion resistance, hardness and wear. A bullet has different needs. Once again we are leading the field. we have been using our chosen alloy for some time and are working on getting it produced.
stay tuned for more updates.

Todays update It has been a long month with many tests, performed on the new 6.5 bullet. currently configured in the 120 grain weight. It has performed well and I am looking to main a hunting bullet and a precision bullet. Let me know you thoughts as I am looking at a 130 grain deep cavity solid base like the bullets we using in the American 30Bhe cartridge and the other 30 Calibers. Look in our success story's for the results. email me with your thoughts and wishes at sales@hollowcorebullet.com
